Presidio Roofing has a very diverse portfolio of commercial builds and a staff that is dedicated specifically to bidding and estimating commercial projects. We are capable of taking on projects both large and small and have partnerships with other GC’s when necessary to facilitate large bonding requirements. We take on work on both a price bid basis or working directly with Insurance Carriers on storm damage claims.

Presidio Roofing is a registered US Federal Contractor with NAICS coding for roofing, disaster response, and specialty trades.

Most recently, we worked with multiple FEMA Prime General Contractors completing disaster response work under the Army Corps of Engineers for the recent “Blue Roof” mission in Florida. Our team in Florida facilitated the management of over 15 crews and installed Army Corps Grade tarps on over 1000 homes damaged by Hurricane Irma.

Working with the US Army Corps in a highly stressful, 18 hours per day mission was a grueling test of our organizational capacity. Each day we were up at 4am assigning Right of Entry forms to over 15 crews based on location proximity, square count, complexity, and other factors. Along with the scheduling and organizing component, we had multiple QA’s on the ground verifying job quality, making sure everyone was adhering to safety standards, running materials, and managing the operation at the ground level.

The Blue Roof Mission was a perfect example of our ability to take on extremely difficult jobs and execute our assignments to the highest standards. We feel that our resume speaks for itself and is a testament to our ability to correctly manage all projects.
